Audi Mobile Servicing Supplementary Privacy Statement
Audi, is a trading name of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (“we”/”us”) and we are committed to protecting and respecting any personal information you share with us.
This statement supplements our main Privacy Statement and describes how we process your personal information in connection with our mobile servicing service. In particular, it describes what types of information we collect from you and how it is used by us. Our main statement sets out additional information including details about how you can manage the information we hold, exercise your data protection rights and contact us.

What are our roles and responsibilities?
For the purposes of data protection laws, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited is a ‘controller’ of your personal information which means Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited decides why and how it is processed. It also means we are responsible for that processing, which extends to those of our subcontractors who process your information based on our instructions.
The contents of this statement may change from time to time so you may wish to check this page occasionally to ensure you are still happy to share your information with us. Where possible, we will also contact you directly to notify you of any substantial changes.

What information do we collect?
We collect information about you and your vehicle when you use our mobile servicing service. This includes some or all of the following:
- Name (including title);
- Address including postcode;
- Phone number;
- Date of birth;
- Email address;
- Service plan status;
- Responses to eligibility and other surveys concerning your home or other location at which you would like us to provide our service, including details concerning the type and size of your driveway and other aspect concerning your home and its surrounds;
- Vehicle information (including registration number, VIN, servicing and repair information and mileage);
- The date and time you accepted the terms that apply to our provision of services and that you used our services, including the date and time of your appointment;
- The details of the services you book and that you use;
- The pages you visited on our website, the features you used and how long you visited us for;
- Your IP address;
- The internet browser and devices you are using;
- Cookie, pixels or beacon information (for more information please see our Cookie Policy);
- The website address from which you accessed our website;
- Voice recordings of calls you make to our customer service centre; and
- Any information within correspondence you send to us including in any competition entries you submit.
How do we use this information?
Audi will only process information that is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected.
There are various ways in which we may use or otherwise process your personal information. We list these below, including the legal reason on which rely (known as a ‘lawful basis’), to process that information.
Contractual performance
We may use and process your personal information where this is necessary to perform our contract with you in relation to the provision of the mobile servicing services, and to arrange appointments and on-site visits, as well as to fulfil and complete your orders, purchases and other transactions entered into with us.
We may also use and process your personal information in connection with steps you ask us to perform before entering into a contract.
Legitimate interests
We may use and process your personal information as set out below where it is necessary for us to carry out activities for which it is in our legitimate interests as a business to do so.
In addition to the purposes listed in our main Privacy Statement, we process your information for the following purposes, based on our legitimate interest that the processing necessary for us to operate the administrative and technical aspects of our business efficiently and effectively:
